Gloves
What we use
We general use 16 Oz gloves for safety and for training. The reason is simple it makes you faster when you switch to the lighter gloves when competing. You should also buy bag gloves for hitting the bag. They are durable and they last longer when hitting the bag but cant be used for sparing.
Mouth Guards
Adults by adults size mouth guards. Kids by youth size mouth guards. Follow the manufacturers instructions. Mouth guards are required for sparing.
